lifelong roots in the building industry. Born and raised in Kansas,
Michael grew up around construction—watching firsthand how hard work,
craftsmanship, and integrity turn raw land into lasting communities.
Construction wasn't just a career path in his family; it was a way of life.
After building a successful career in the automotive industry,
Michael decided to return to his roots. Leveraging his business experience,
negotiation skills, and passion for tangible assets, he began purchasing land and
investing in residential and mixed-use properties. His focus is on smart
development—projects that are well-built, thoughtfully
planned, and designed to hold long-term value.

Venkateswara Chitturi has been into construction business for about 18 years. He successfully executed many prestigious government infrastructural projects and several housing and commercial buildings ranging from 4 to 18 stories. He went to Banaras Hindu University and NIFT in India and Boston University in the US. He was ranking very high during his education. He has been into many business including IT, Exports/Imports, Education. His passion for construction made him the founder of Energy Corridor Builders and Developers LLC in Houston, Texas.
